Tired of a life controlled by cigarettes and trading your time, money & health along the way?
Hi, I'm Steve Roehm. As a former smoker, I know what it's like to have the desire to quit, but not the solution...so I created it. And now I'm on a personal mission to help others quit smoking and reclaim their health. 4,400+ now-non-smokers agree, my method works...and it works for good.
Let's talk TIME...
You're giving it away times two.
Time - there's never enough and we're either spending or wasting it. Spending (or mindfully wasting) it on the people, places and experiences that bring us happiness, or mindlessly wasting it on things that take away happiness. As a smoker, you're wasting it on the front end and giving it away on the back end by decreasing quality and quantity of life.
One pack a day = wasted hours:
2.5/day+17.5/week+76/month=912 /year
Two packs a day = wasted hours:
5/day+37/week+152/month=1,824 /year
Factoring in travel time to the store, six minutes smoking time per cigarette, journeying to smoking areas, freshening up post smoke, more frequent medical visits, loss of productivity due to smoking-related illness, etc., it's clear that smoking is robbing you of precious time.
Let's talk MONEY...
You're wasting it. Lots of it.
Money - the reward for our blood, sweat and tears - and like time, there's never enough. We're either saving it for important things, people and experiences or spending it on the same. As a smoker, you're spending it on a pack of problems that ultimately take away from everything else.
One pack a day = wasted money:
$6.53/day+$45.71/week+$198.62/month=
$2,383.45/year
Two packs a day = wasted money:
$13.06/day+$91.42/week+$397.24/month=
$4,766.90/year
Keep in mind $6.53/pack is the average across the United States, many are paying much more. Also not included is the cost of gas to and from the store. No matter how you add it up, you're trading cigarettes for the things that matter.
Let's talk HEALTH...
You're sacrificing it.
Health - central to happiness and well-being - we're either starving or feeding it. Feeding it with proper nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits, or starving it with the opposite. There is no gentle way to say it, smoking is literally feeding disease and killing you not-so-softly.
In one year, smoking is responsible for:
1 in 5 deaths = 481,000 total
41,000 second-hand smoke exposure contributed
deaths + 400 infant deaths
Not to mention cigarettes contain 4,000 chemicals, 63 of them known to cause cancer. For every person that dies because of smoking, there are at least 30 people who live with a serious smoking-related illness. On average, smokers die 10-12 years earlier than non-smokers and cost the nation $289 billion annually in health care bills and economic losses. Is smoking really worth living with less health and years?
How would you feel if you stopped smoking once and for all? What would you do with your new time, money and health?
Would you finally take that vacation? Buy the boat? Have the energy to run and play with your children or grandchildren? Pick up a new hobby? Start exercising again?
You deserve to be and feel your best: Cigarettes nor Big Tobacco deserve your most precious resources.
Did you know tobacco companies are using modern science to re-engineer their products to make them more addictive? Not safer, but MORE addictive.
According to the surgeon general's The Health Consequences of Smoking - 50 Years of Progress report, Big Tobacco genetically engineered crops to contain two times more nicotine!
Today's cigarettes are loaded with new and increased addictive chemical compounds, bronchodilators so smoke can more easily enter the lungs, sugars, flavors and menthol were to dull the smell of smoke and make it easier to inhale, and ammonia to help the nicotine travel to the brain faster. And last by certainly not least, cigarettes were redesigned so that nicotine delivered to you increased by 14.5%!
It's time to take back the things smoking is costing you - your time, money and health. You and those you love are worth it.
What happens to your body after you quit smoking?

Quitting [for good] is an inside job...and it only takes 2 hours.
We can all agree that smoking is addictive, right? And we now know this is by design. And you're willing to admit you're addicted to nicotine and chemicals? But did you also know that smoking is the symptom, not the problem? The reasons you smoke is the real pack of problems.
Your mind has associated smoking with experiences and even daily routines such as drinking coffee, cocktails with friends, connection and conversation with like-minded others, rebellion, smoking in the car after a long day at work, stress relief, and so on. These are called triggers, meaning they trigger you to want to smoke. What happens next is that all of these moments begin to trigger desire for a cigarette, whether or not you truly want one. In short, you have an emotional addiction to cigarettes that can only be undone on the inside.
This is why most smoking cessation programs and products don't typically work long term, they focus on the outside behavior. In order to stop smoking for good, the triggers and emotional addictions have to be removed from the inside out. And your mind is running the show...
Make your mind work for, not against you.
Our minds work much like a computer processor in that we have hard-wired programs running at all times. These programs can either be helpful or hurtful. The helpful programs keep us safe, operational and effective. The unhelpful ones keeps us trapped in negative behaviors. Smoking is a hurtful program always running in the background. It's time to replace this program with a helpful one...
Stop smoking [FOR GOOD].
I want to: QUIT IN TWO™
Join the 4,400+ now-non-smokers who made the decision to take back their time, money and health using the Quit in Two ™ method. Utilizing his proven, proprietary blend of hypnotherapy across Neural Linguistic Programming, Conversational Hypnosis and Transformational Coaching, Steve Roehm will help you quit smoking [FOR GOOD] in ONE two-hour virtual session.
"Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life." -Psychology Today
Hypnotherapy works instantly by updating the unconscious mind with new, more helpful information:
- 1Dive deep into the unconscious to discover the reasons you smoke: understanding why sets the stage for how to create the change needed to stop smoking
- 2Remove old, hurtful thoughts and patterns: we'll identify and replace hurtful associations and their triggers (the reasons you smoke) with healthy ones
- 3New thoughts drive new behavior: new thoughts attached to healthy outcomes will drive healthy desires and behavior

“I am telling everyone I know to go see Steve."
"I went to five other, so called, ‘hypnotists’ in Nashville before I called Steve. Two of the women actually read to me. Steve was the only person that could hypnotize me. After 14 years of smoking I walked out of his office knowing that I was a non-smoker. I don’t know what he did or how he did it, but my life has changed. It was an incredible, relaxing experience. I am telling everyone I know to go see Steve. But, don’t take my word for it, experience it for yourself. Call Steve, you won’t regret it."
Shannon K.

About Steve Roehm
For nearly 20 years, I’ve been perfecting my ability to help people like you create rapid and lasting change. As a Transformational Coach and Hypnotherapist, I’ve helped thousands of people achieve levels of growth they had never imagined before – and completely transform their lives as a result.
If I quit smoking using this method, I know you can too. Life is so much bigger as a non-smoker, and way too short as a smoker. I know this, and so do you. Together, let's make smoking a thing of your past. You and yours deserve it.
If not today, then when?
How long have you been saying you will quit if/when? When the new year starts. When you get a less stressful job. If cigarette prices increase again. If your coughing gets worse. If you date or marry a non-smoker. Here's the thing, it's never the wrong time to make the right decision.
Attaching quitting to people, things and events is just another way of putting off what you know needs to happen. There is no logical reason to continue smoking. The dangers are known and the side affects felt in your everyday life. Here's the thing, making the decision to quit isn't logical, it's emotional. So to truly solve the problem, you have to address the emotions attached to smoking. This is why hypnotherapy is more effective than any other smoking cessation program or product. It goes straight to the source.
What is your time, money and health truly worth to you?
Tobacco use remains the nation’s leading preventable cause of death and disease. Have you ever considered the amount of time, money and energy spent on dealing with smoking-related illness and symptoms? Repeated trips to the doctor for respiratory-related illness, monthly stints in bed with colds and viruses due to a compromised immune system and over-the-counter medicines to alleviate the symptoms of cough and congestion, to name a few. Co-pays for monthly doctors visits, plus time and travel. Or what about all the times you missed out and were missed at social gatherings with family and friends because you simply didn't feel well?
Only you can put a price on your health. If you don't invest well on the front side, you can expect to invest heavily on the back side. Quitting smoking is an investment in your health you can't afford not to make.
